To help reduce electronic waste - and because many users already own compatible chargers - we don't include an AC adapter in the Basic or Premium bundle. However, we have included a power adapter in the Ultimate bundle. Power Requirements: The minimum recommended power requirement is 5V/3A (15W) power delivery. Most modern phone or tablet chargers meet this requirement. Check the label to confirm it says 5V/3A or 15W. Troubleshooting Tip: If the system does not power on or behaves oddly, the most common reason is an underpowered charger. Using a proper 15W adapter will ensure reliable performance.
