1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open exclusively to verified backers of the GAIME Kickstarter campaign. Each eligible backer is entitled to receive one (1) free travel case per unique backer number.
 

2. Application Deadline
All giveaway applications must be submitted by 31st December 2025. Applications received after this date will not be eligible.
 

3. Confirmation of Details
By participating in this giveaway, backers agree that GAIME may contact them via the email address associated with their Kickstarter account to confirm shipping details or verify eligibility. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in forfeiture of the giveaway item.
 

4. Use of Contact Information & Data Protection
By entering this giveaway, participants consent to GAIME using their provided contact information to:

• Communicate regarding giveaway eligibility, verification, and shipping details; and

• Add their email address to GAIME’s Mailchimp mailing list for product updates, company news, and promotional communications.
   

GAIME will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, where applicable. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of GAIME’s service providers (such as Mailchimp) required to operate this giveaway. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in GAIME emails.
 

5. Delivery Timeline
The travel case is expected to be shipped to eligible backers by Spring 2026. Delivery dates may be subject to change due to production or logistical factors, and GAIME will provide updates if any significant delays occur.
 

6. Cost and Shipping
The travel case is provided free of charge, including free worldwide shipping. No additional payment or contribution is required to receive the item.
 

7. Fraud Prevention
GAIME reserves the right to refuse or cancel any giveaway application if fraudulent activity, duplicate claims, or false information is suspected.
 

8. General Terms

• The giveaway item cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

• GAIME is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect contact details provided by backers.

• GAIME reserves the right to cancel or invalidate any application where the backer has cancelled their pledge, returned their product, or received a refund for the related Kickstarter product.

• Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
